Research built for Triangle builder decisions

Four elevations of stacked hatched blocks over a county survey grid, with the highest course outlined in red.

The AgAI Labs research hub separates useful builder evidence from broad industry claims. We study the Triangle construction field, public builder information and the systems used to measure inquiries. Each piece states its source, limits and method so a principal can decide what belongs in a growth plan without mistaking a count for a conclusion.

Research should help a builder make a choice: which communities deserve a page, which channel needs a tracking rule, or which unanswered buyer question belongs in the operating profile. A large spreadsheet with no decision attached is storage, not field intelligence.

Which research should you read first?

How does the lab handle builder evidence?

We have researched more than 250 Triangle builders through public pages, communities and public records. That work is reviewed as source material, not presented as a scorecard. A permit can show activity without explaining a buyer's experience. A project page can show a finished kitchen without explaining allowances, change decisions or closeout. One source rarely answers the whole question.

The lab labels the unit being counted and keeps the limit beside the finding. For example, federal establishment data can describe the regional construction field, but an establishment is not the same thing as a unique custom builder. Record the counting unit and study area before using the figure in a market-sizing or prospecting brief.

How does research enter the stamp?

Research supports specific stages of the stamp. Public-path findings begin in the proof kit. Community and competitor review informs positioning. Repeated buyer questions shape semantic content. Channel evidence becomes source rules in lead attribution. People review every research output before it affects a claim, a page or an operating workflow.

For your next review, bring one current question: a lot pipeline to explain, a plan release to document, a Parade link to tag or a form source that did not reach the CRM.
