Leave with the keys, the records and the runbook

Handoff transfers the finished system into your control. AgAI Labs verifies credentials, account ownership, source files, lead exports, workflow controls and maintenance duties, then delivers a runbook your team can follow. You sign off after the working paths are tested. Ongoing support is optional, and your ownership does not depend on keeping us.

What is in a proper handoff?

Access, evidence and operating instructions

A folder of files is not a handoff. You need to know which account controls the domain, who gets the email when a form fails, where the original video lives, how the business profile is accessed, and what to do when an AI workflow hits an exception. Each answer is checked with the person who will run that account or workflow.

Why does handoff matter to a builder?

Closeout, with the same discipline as the job site

You already know closeout. The job is not done when the last trade leaves. There is a punch list, final documents, an owner orientation and a warranty path. The digital closeout gets the same treatment: an access checklist, a working-path test and one person who signs.

Without it, a domain renewal sits on a former vendor's credit card. A call-tracking number vanishes from the yard signs. A form fails and nobody is assigned to notice. A selections workflow keeps running after its source sheet changed. The runbook records each dependency, its owner and the recovery step.

How should your team prepare?

Sign-off after working-path checks

We need sign-off from your designated owner and time from the people who will run the system. Each person confirms access with their own role. Shared passwords are retired wherever the platform supports named users.

  1. Agents compile the asset inventory, configuration notes and open items.
  2. A person verifies ownership, recovery methods and responsible roles.
  3. We run working-path checks for publishing, inquiries, reporting and workflow exceptions.
  4. Your operating team does a guided run from the written instructions.
  5. You sign off. Unresolved items stay visible until closed.

You keep everything created for the engagement: credentials, website source, content, footage, profile access, analytics, CRM data, lead records, workflow materials and the runbook. Account recovery, ownership disputes and missing legacy access stay on the open list until resolved. They get documented, never hidden.

What happens after handoff?

Ownership stays, even when support ends

Handoff closes every engagement. Ongoing content, video and reporting can continue after it, and that is optional. You remain the owner either way.

For the working references, use the owned website guide and the lead tracking guide. Both explain why controlled accounts and inspectable records matter after outside work ends.

What else should you know about Handoff?

Do we keep the website if support ends?

Yes. Your company controls the domain, hosting, source files and published content.

Can another partner use the runbook?

Yes. It documents account control, operating steps, maintenance duties and workflow exceptions for whoever comes next.

What if an account is still owned by an old vendor?

We document the access gap and check recovery options with the platform. The transfer stays open until ownership is verified.

Is ongoing support required?

No. Ending support does not change your ownership of the delivered accounts, assets or records.

How is sign-off handled?

Your designated owner reviews account access, the tested operating paths, open items and the runbook, then signs.

The controls built in 08 AI operations enter the runbook here. Handoff closes the build. The stamp keeps every stage and engagement in view.
